TOWN OF LOWELL
SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
December 6, 2011
Town Office Building, W8906 O’Sixteen Road, Reeseville, WI.
Town Office Building Addition
1. Call to Order: The Special Town Board Meeting of the Town of Lowell was called to order by Chairman John Schmitt at 7:20 p.m.
2. Board Members present:

Supervisor Greg Caine, _x_
Supervisor Dave Huebner, _x_
Clerk Theresa Firari, _x_
Hwy. Superintendent Herbert Firari __
Others: Brandon Soldner,
Randy Firari & Dennis Quest
3. The Meeting was acknowledged as posted by the Clerk according to State Statutes.
4. The Agenda: Town Office Building Addition was adopted by Caine and seconded by Huebner.
5. DISCUSSION & MOTIONS:
Building Inspector Dennis Quest viewed the office and the plans that were done by the DesignTech Engineers. He advised the Board that he was not qualified to oversee the work that would need to be done. He referred to Jeff Kossman, from JK Architecture, as someone to contact for advice.
6. Motion to Adjourn: Motion by Huebner, seconded by Caineto adjourn @ 7:45 p.m. Motion carried.
