TOWN OF LOWELL
SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
DATE: November 29, 2011
Town Office Building, W8906 O’Sixteen Road, Reeseville, WI.
2012 Town Budget
1. Call to Order: The Special Town Board Meeting of the Town of Lowell was called to order by Chairman John Schmitt at 7:46 p.m.
2. Board Members present:
Chairman John Schmitt, _x_
Supervisor Greg Caine, _x_
Supervisor Dave Huebner, _x_
Treasurer Darcy Rydquist, _x_
Clerk Theresa Firari, _x_
Others present: none.
3. The Meeting was acknowledged as posted & published by the Clerk according to State Statutes.
4. The Agenda was adopted by Huebner and seconded by Caine.
5. Discussion: Supervisor Caine inquired about financing for remodeling the Town Hall and how that could be fit into the budget.
6. Motions:
A motion was made by Huebner and seconded by Caine to accept the proposed 2012 budget presented by Clerk Firari (see attachment).
Voice vote: 3 yes, 0 no.
Motion carried.
7. Motion to Adjourn: Motion by Huebner and seconded by Caine. Meeting adjourned at 8:03 p.m.. Motion carried.
