SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
November 8, 2011

2012 Budget Planning
1. Call to Order: The Town Board Meeting of the Town of Lowell was called to order by Chairman John Schmitt at 7:09 p.m.
2. Board Members present:

Supervisor Greg Caine, _x_
Supervisor Dave Huebner, _x_
Treasurer Darcy Rydquist, __
Clerk Theresa Firari, _x_
Hwy Supt. Herbert Firari, __x__

3. The Meeting was acknowledged as posted by the Clerk according to State Statutes.
4. The Agenda: 2012 Budget Planning, was adopted by Huebner and seconded by Caine.
5. DISCUSSION & MOTIONS:
A. Discussion.
The levy limits, expenses and income were discussed. The worksheets and notice that was prepared by Clerk Firari was reviewed.
B. Motion/s.
A Motion was made by Caine and seconded by Huebner to accept the 2012 Budget as presented for posting and publishing. A Public Hearing and Special Budget Meeting will be held on November 29th @ 7:30 p.m.
The above motion carried unanimously.
6. Motion to Adjourn: Motion by Huebner and seconded by Caine. Special Meeting adjourned at 7:21 p.m.. Motion carried.
