The town polling place is the Town of Lowell Town Hall, located at W8906 O’Sixteen Road, Reeseville. You are invited to register with the Clerk prior to election day. See the Election page for more information.
The Town Treasurer only accepts payments until January 31 of the year they are due.You can pay in full or 1st installment.Any taxes due after January 31 of the year due must be sent to the Dodge County Treasurer.

There is no specific garbage pick up for residents in the Town of Lowell. You may select your own company paid for by the property owner or renter.
The waste disposal site for Town of Lowell residents is open at the Town Hall from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday’s ONLY.
All dogs must be licensed at the age of five months. The license year runs from January 1st through December 31st. Licenses for the year are generally available by the third week in December. Any license not purchased by March 31st, for that calendar year, will be charged a late fee of $50.00, with the only exception being a new dog. The license fee is $10.00 for spayed or neutered dogs and $15.00 for non-spayed or non-neutered dogs. Proof of rabies vaccination is required in order to license your dog.
Anyone owning 4 or more dogs must apply for a kennel license each year. The application is due by March 31st of each year. The cost each year for the application is $40 (which is non refundable)and the cost for the annual license is $35.00. The kennel license covers up to 12 dogs. There is a $3 fee for each additional dog.
